Knowhouse Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2023 with the aim of making business and organizational development innovations available to companies and institutions in the form of an easy-to-use development toolkit.
In the field of sales, business and operational or network development, countless supported results are already available that have not yet been incorporated into trainings, workshops, or business and organizational development tools. Our company fills this gap on both the Hungarian and international markets.

The managing director of Knowhouse Consulting is the board member of the Management of the Industry and Entrepreneurship Section
In addition to her role as a member, Edina Kálmán is the leader of the SZMT Café Roundtable coordination team.
In 2022-2023, HR sprints, results-oriented workshops for HR managers and experts on various HR topics, were conducted in cooperation with the organisation.
Our CEO is the business and organisational development expert for this community of 35,000 entrepreneurs, and as such regularly contributes articles to the group and is interviewed on business development topics.
In 2024, we organised the Hungarian HR-sprint roadshow for HR leaders and professionals in Hungary, together with the National Association of Human Resource Management (OHE).
