Backed by 20 years of experience, we help businesses and institutions grow and thrive.
CATALYSE YOUR FUTURE!
Knowhouse Consulting and our leaders work with companies and organizations that aim not just to function, but to function well. Our partners value building systems, teams, and culture consciously—not through improvisation. We collaborate with small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporations, community and cultural institutions, and NGOs—always in a tailored, practical, and human-centered way. Most of our clients have already tried other approaches; they turn to us because they seek real change.
That’s completely natural. Let’s have a 30-minute chat! We’ll tell you how we work, and we’ll listen to you too. If there’s common ground, we’ll continue – if not, we’ve still learned something.

Our new international project, “HR+ – Innovative competencies for HR managers among twin and social transition in knowledge-intensive industries” (no. 2024-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000254093), involves 7 partner organizations and explores the ideal profile of today’s HR manager. The project develops and tests training programs, networks, and interventions aimed at effectively acquiring the necessary competencies.

A self-awareness and leadership development workshop series that also fosters a business community. These half-day leadership sessions take place at K Gallery, each centered around a specific leadership theme and featuring a guest appearance by a “legendary” leader. The workshops offer a space for sharing knowledge and experience, uncovering hidden patterns and potentials, and building meaningful connections. It’s a truly unique initiative—form-breaking in every sense—framed through the lens of contemporary art.
HR Sprints are 3.5-hour intensive workshops organized by the Formáció Group, where participants tackle real HR challenges through case studies. The goal is to develop practical solutions and actionable plans. So far, we have held over 60 HR Sprints, helping organizations implement innovative and proven HR solutions.

1
We start by understanding what our client wants to achieve. Then we ask questions and investigate: we assess their situation, environment, the results of specific sub-areas, and how these elements are connected. We prepare statistics, financial and other reports—and draw meaningful conclusions from them.
2
Based on our conclusions, we propose development directions and recommendations—drawing on our years of experience, our client base, and our methodological toolkit. We explain what each option is good for and discuss with you which one resonates most. Because the true driver of change will be you.
3
We support the implementation of development initiatives. We deliver trainings and workshops, conduct analyses and interviews, design solutions, and provide consultations. We ask questions, give feedback, and make results visible—laying the foundation for organizational charts, databases, CRMs, and processes, and helping to implement them. We’re by your side whenever you need us.
